The CRL Wood's Manual Rotating Vacuum Lifting Frame is a great choice when you need maximum ease in the manipulation of heavy loads. Built for high volume or high load production lines, attaches to the glass in approximately five seconds. The standard pad spread is 30 x 24 inches (762 x 609 millimeters) measured at the edge of the four, 279 millimeter (11 inch) lipped vacuum cups. The unit itself weighs 29 kilograms (65 pounds). Rotational load movement is 360º edgewise.

Standard equipment includes a vacuum gauge, vacuum reserve tank, vacuum line filter, spring mounted pads and a twist lock electrical plug.

Optional features are also available on special order including a green safe lift light and a vacuum loss warning buzzer.

Powr Lifting Frames for Rent
CRL now offers large Power Lifting Frames on a week to week rental basis. Customers are responsible for all common carrier freight charges and may require to provide a security deposit. Usage time is based on a one week minimum and begins on the day the frame arrives at the customer. Rental billing ends on the day the frame is shipped back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for both freight in and out, and must ship the frame back packed in the same manner and condition as it arrived.

Rentals can only be made to open account CRL customers with current account balances and available credit.

Customer must maintain and operate frames as per the manufacturer's instructions for use. Damage to, or loss of the frame are the responsibility of the customer. Only a few of these rental frames are available, so advanced reservations are necessary. The manufacturer's engineers will contact the customer to confirm the frame being rented is appropriate for a safe and effective lift.
